Rules for Payment of Fess

    Please Read Carefully:-

  • The date of paying fess every month is 1 to 10.

  • If not paid till 30 the name shall be struck off . and will be added after re-admission.

  • Fine will be taken for late payment as fees.

  • Time for payment of fees MONDAY To SATURDAY 8.30 A.M. TO 1.30 P.M.

  • Fees is to be paid for the months from July to April.

  • Bring the fees card to pay the fess every month Positively

  • Rs. 25/- Shall be Charged on demanding duplicats fees card.

  • Discussion regarding rules are not allowed ,please follow the above

  • (1)   Punctuality:-

    (a)    Come to school 5 minutes before School time.

    (b)   Be present in Assembly.

    (c)    Do all your work in given time.

    (2)   Regularity:-

    (a)    Come to school daily.

    (b)   90% attendance is compulsory except in cases of sickness.

    (c)    Do the reading, learning and writing work daily.

    (3)   Assembly:-

    (a)    Be present in Assembly.

    (b)   Participate in various steps of Assembly.

    (c)    Learn the school Prayer and Pledge by heart.

    (4)   Behaviour in Class-room:-

    (a)    Maintain silence in class.

    (b)   Obey the teachers.

    (c)    Be attentive . If not understood, ask the teacher again,

    (d)   Complete class-work,

    (e)   Wrap all books/ notebooks/with a cover.

    (f)     Keep your books/notebooks neat & tidy.

    (5)   Behaviour in School:-

    (a)    To appear in all tests & examinations is compulsory.

    (b)   Always converse in English in school premises.

    (c)    Respect all teachers & elders.

    (d)   Greet all teachers & elders.

    (6)   Tests and Examinations:-

    (a)    To appear in all tests & examinations is compulsory.

    (b)   Appear in above with full preparation.

    (7)   Co & Extra Curricular Activities :-

    (a)    To participate in Co- curricular activity is obligatory.

    (b)   Participate in extra-Curricular activities according to your choices..

    (8)   Personal Hygiene:-

    (a)    Take bath in the morning daily.

    (b)   Manicure hands & nails.

    (c)    Pedicure feet and toenails.

    (d)   Always keep a handkerchief/ napkin.

    (e)   Wear clean and ironed clothes.

    (f)     Massage oil in hair. Many hair styles are prohibited. Girls must come with 2 plaits and boys with simple hair cut.

    (9)   Tiffin :-

    (a)    Bring home-made things.

    (b)   Bring vegetables with Roti, Paratha, Puri, chila, rice, idli, dosa, fruits, etc.

    (c)    Avoid to bring fast food items pickles daily. On Saturdays students can bring their choice food.

    (10)                       Uniform:-

    (a)    Be smart, Always come to school in full uniform.

    (b)   Always wearironed uniform, clean socks and shoes.

    (c)    Civil dress is allowed only on Birthday.

    (d)   Full Uniform:- Regular uniform and saturday are needed compulsorily.

    (11)                       Payment of fees:-

    (a)    Fees is to be paid upto 10th of every month.

    (b)   In case the fees is paid after 10th, upto 15th a fine of Rs.10/- is charged.

    (c)    In case of payment of fees after 15th a fine of Rs 1/- per day shall be charged.

    (d)   In case fees is not paid upto 30th, name of the candidate shall be struck off after which re-admission shall be necessary.

    (e)   Fees shall be charged for months of the academic year[10 months]

    (12)                       Leave rules:-

    (a)    No leave shall be granted without sanction of the Principal/Class teacher.

    (b)   In case of absence, application signed by parents must be present.

    (c)    In case of leave for longer periods due to sickness the medical certificate is to be submitted along with application.

    (d)   No other leave except sickness shall be granted for longer periods of absence.

    (e)   In case of continous absence without application more than 6 days, a notice with a fine of Rs.20/- shall be served.

    (f)     Half day leave shall not be sanctioned whatever the reason be except in extra- ordinary condition.

    (13)                       Punishments :- On being caught doing any of such activities they can be fined, reported to parents, suspended. Students will be punished, if they �

    a.      Don�t do their home work.

    b.      Argue or answer back rudely to the teachers.

    c.       Fight or play mischief in class room or school premises or in the bus.

    d.      Do not follow the rules and regulations.

    e.      Remain absent on tests, examination days.

    f.        Damage school property.

    (14)                       Tests and Examinations :-

    (a)    It is compulsory to appear in every examination with full preparation.

    (b)   Marks will be added � Quaterly 20%, Half yearly 30% and Annual exam 50%.

    (c)    No compromise is made in abuse rules.

     

     

     

     

     

    Students must not

    1.      Wear low waist pants (boys) tunics (girls)

    2.      Grow hair long (boys).

    3.      Must not get cut hair in different styles (Both boys and girls).

    4.      Use expensive items or jewellery and bring money except the fees.

    5.      Be absent and roam about here and there in school uniform in school time.

    6.      Buy eatables from hawkers.

    7.      Bring fast food- items, pickles daily.

    8.      Shout hoot and whistle in the school premises.

    9.      Use any type mobile phone or other electronic gadgets.

    10.  Discuss and argue with the teachers haughtily.

    11.  Come to school on mopads or motor vehicles without minor Licences & helmet.

    12.  Spoil or damage thetoilet.

    13.  Lend or borrow any article from the students.

    14.  Shout or fight with other students during the school time or outside.

    15.  Play in the classroom or verandah

    16.  Use of abusive words in class, school premises, bus.

    Note-.

           The rules are made for the betterment of students . Please help your ward to follow them strictly.

           Use of languages other than English is prohibited to provide practice to use English confidently.

           Any unruly behaviour is punishable.
